“Stay here! Friendly, spotless and comfortable”

What a nice place with such nice staff and management. Mark, the owner, it a very helpful, genuinely nice guy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, nicely lit, quiet, and dotted with nice little touches, such as an ipod dock/speaker next to the ridiculously comfortable huge bed and a toothbrush holder in the bathroom. “Excellent rooms and service at a great price”

Stayed here for 5 nights. The service was excellent, Mark the owner was always available and extremely accomodating with our requests for late check outs, airport taxis and advice on the local areas. “Value for money...and then some!”

Chose it for the good price and overall i was not disappointed.. Pros: - it's cheap! For the clean and new room you get, it's really CHEAP! I spent 2 weeks at mellow space. The rooms are big and very clean.the bathrooms are really big as well and very clean.
