We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For the money it was excellent. Yes the room was basic but it was serviced every day and the towels changed when required. The facilities were good and the areas were immaculate. There were perhaps too many assumptions made that guests knew what was available, when and for how much (if... More

Dear Helen, It's such a pleasure to read that you enjoied your holiday with us. It's nice to know that you also liked our food. We are sorry you experienced a slight lack of information about what's included and what's considered as extras. I can assure that we've looked troughly into the Tour Operators catalogues and we have now made... More

We have just enjoyed a lovely, relaxing break at this hotel. We paid for the ultra all inclusive and ate at the al la carte restaurant-the food was tasty and good quality and the staff friendly. When they knew we were English they spoke English to us and two spoke to us about places they had lived in/visited. The pools... More

I cannot disagree more to all the negative things written about this hotel. I have just returned from a weeks holiday and had a brilliant time. The staff were always helpful and very friendly and the rooms were always immaculately kept. There was always a good selection of food and the Pizza restaurant was lovely. The beach restaurant also serves... More

Having done a little research before booking, a lot of the reviews expressed how many German's were at the hotel. This didn't concern me at all, what it failed to mention is that the hotel was set up to primarily for the German clientele. All of the information was in German - anything in English had to be asked for!... More

My boyfriend and I travelled to Rocca Nettuno on 22nd September with 2 friends (all 25-30) and the weather was fantastic with temperatures reaching 33 degrees. On arrival we found the hotel staff very helpful as we were a little apprehensive due to reading the reviews on trip advisor beforehand informing us they speak limited English however we had very... This was similar to what I imagine a holiday camp to be like! Firstly the size.1100 guests staying in Mid Sept meant lots of people milling around especially as the complex is in the middle of nowhere with no possibility of walking to a town. Shuttle bus at cost (5euros) twice daily to very small local town(Pizzo) and possibility of... More

We stayed at the Rocca Nettuno Gardens for a week in July 2012 travelling with three kids (12, 9 and 3). The hotel is nicely laid out with attractive gardens and the buildings are low-level so are easy on the eye. The rooms are rather Spartan with no decorations on the walls and are rather basically furnished. We started off... More

We spen five days in August 2012 at Rocca Netunno Garden. Although, we manaed to rent a car and enjoy Calabria, our holliday was almost ruined by this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Total lack of interest of the management to satisfy the customers. 2. Overcrowded. The sleeping capacity is way to large compae to those of the restaurants,... More

Myself and my boyfriend booked this trip through bookableholidays.com and were informed that the beeches were sandy and that it was located within walking distance to small italian towns. We also asked for English speaking tours. We arrived to be pleasently suprised by the beauty of the resort and the gardens were immaculate. The rooms are ok - not 4*,... More

Dear Guest, it is quite surprising to read that your trip to Pizzo took 4 hours there and 4 hours back. Pizzo is about 8 km far from our hotel and it takes no longer than 15 minutes by bus to get there. Maybe, did you mean to mention a tour to Sicily? We are sorry to read that you... More

We had a lovely time, the resort was clean with everything you would expect - it just doesn't have a wow factor about it.
