It is located on a quite big island near to Gan Internation Airport. It is not a typical maldivean experiance, the beach is more or less ok, but the water is troubled - thanks to the sea weed. This was my first visit to Herathera Island Resort. 15 minutes speed boat from Gan airport,We had a great time in Herathera Island Resort were genuinely sad to leave. We booked a Jacuzzi Beach Villa. Room was specious and staffs were friendly. Food was excellent. General Thoughts: Great resort especially for families and anyone who loves to dive and/or snorkel.

nice resort! comfortable, relax! professional and friendly staff! The staffs are really happy, nice, passionate!! its surprised to c a staff from Hong Kong there, really happy to meet u Wing Ki :) and there is different enjoyable party every night, u will never feel bored there!

The resort is very good, staff is very helpful, nice place to stay. The only problem is food for vegetarians, less options. Commuting is bit difficult and tiring as its one and half hour flight from male and then speed boat. Overall nice destination for holidays if someone wants to visit a place of peace
