We stayed at Two Villas Onynx Nai Harn in April 2012. We came back his year. Booked through Agoda and got a great deal. We got the same villa. We love this place: it is quiet, low key, walking distance to Tesco Express, great restaurants, and a short ride to Naiharn beach (in our opinion, the best beach in Phuket).

We book this stay thru expedia packages and its a great villa with own private pool. Full usable kitchen with oven and cooking equipment. stayed in the personal oriental villa for a week best bang for a buck, when compared to any other hotel i have stayed in. they cooked me breakfast every morning cleaned throughly. was a delight to stay there will do it again, hopefully sooner then later.
