This was our first time at the Dunbrody and I absolutely loved it!!!!! The estate is grand, the grounds are beautiful and peaceful, the food is so wonderful and they even have a cooking school on site. I was very sad to leave this place. If you enjoy a great breakfasts and the warmest delicious scones and croissants, then this... More

The gardens are beautiful but everything else was mediocre. Dinner was especially disappointing. The lowlight was the smallest piece of fois gras I have ever seen. The fact that it was so overcooked probably contributed to it's demise. Mr. Dundon should stop trying to drum up business and get back in the kitchen. He needs to satisfy the guests that... More

'Stayed in Dunbrody House, on a deal for two B&B & one evening meal. I am used to staying in 5* hotels, so I know what is good & what is great - Dunbrody exceeded my best expectations in every way. Just go, & you'll not be disappointed.

We called into the Dunbrody for a late lunch on Sunday. It was very good. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, good food and excellent service We just wanted something very informal and ate in the cocktail bar. We have eaten there a number of times and have not been disappointed. Last time we just called in a glass of wine, and asked... More

I took my parents & sister to Dunbrody for an early bird meal. The house is beautiful & quirky, the bar is intimate with rooms off it so you can chat in private.
