Before visiting Marie Galante we knew the island was largely undeveloped and was said to be very beautiful. Rumours were wrong - it was paradise.
The Kawann Beach Hotel was excellent value for money (don't put the prices up) , the location absolutely stunning. Just sitting on the gorgeous beach or walking along it to St Louis was like going...
