Amanda was very understanding that we couldn't confirm our trip until relatively late, that may have been due to the fact that it was February and not mid-summer, but even so this was much appreciated. Amanda runs a beatiful B&B. Lovely comfy rooms and beds. Nice touches with choc brownies or biscuits every day which the kids loved. Dogs welcome and superb breakfasts. Rooms clean and tidy and well presented. Location is superb. Walks to cove and elsewhere on the doorstep. You don't need the car.
We stayed at Ivy Cottage during October, and the weather couldn't have been more miserable - but that didn't matter because the B&B itself was excellent.
