We stayed here one night on the way deeper into the park in a tent in June. This campground, like all the ones in Denali, is well kept and has great facilities considering how remote it is. The campground host was sweet, friendly, and very helpful. The Savage River hiking area is close enough to walk there from the campground... More

Quiet, remote, small camp for RV and tents. Beautiful spot with real toilets and that's about it. Savage River area is a great spot 13 miles into Denali with trails nearby, shuttle bus hourly to main entrance area. Tour buses to go further out into Denali, will pick you up at Savage River.
