I was expecting a great trip and was highly disappointed. The staff member that greeted us could not have been nicer, and the cabin itself was lovely. The wait staff at dinner could not have been sweeter. That is about where my positive review will end. I was surprised when were arrived at our cabin. The view up to the... More

My husband and I spent two nights at Jenny Lake Lodge at the beginning of June, and we loved our secluded little cabin in the woods, the beautiful surroundings, and the wonderful meals and attentive service in the historic dining room (with views of the Grand Teton mountains). We had a peekaboo view of the mountains from our back porch,... More

This year we will visit Jenny Lake Lodge for the 17th time. The location is perfect for us. We walk from our cabin door to a number of remarkable hikes including our favorite--18 miles round trip from our porch to Lake Solitude and back. Other days we kayak in String Lake, Leigh Lake, or Jackson Lake. When exhausted, there is... More

We splurged a night at the Jenny Lake Lodge and took advantage of the biking, horseback riding, and great dinner. Rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable, although I was a little disappointed there was no particular view...just kind of felt like being in the middle if the woods. Wonderful dinner and staff. This lodge attracts an older crowd, and... More

We traveled cross country in a camper trailer so did not require lodging. We drove up to Jenny Lake and it was gorgeous! The lake and surrounding area were gorgeous. We had lunch at a small place on the water and the food was terrific. Unfortunately I can't remember the name! The Grand Tetons are aptly named.

Friends recommended the Jenny Lake Lodge, so my partner and I had high expectations for our late-September 2012 stay but it was even better than expected. First, the setting cannot be beat. The lodge's front porch has a spectacular view of the Tetons; you could spend a lot of time just looking at the view. But, when there is so... More

We were there in September of 2012, and spent 2 nights there. While expensive ($650+/night), you get a great breakfast (basically anything you want) and a great dinner (I recommend the elk chops) included (except for alcohol & tips), and be sure to sign up for the horseback ride at the stables-they go fast. Take a bicycle off the rack... More

We traveled with a small group of friends and wanted a place where we could all do our "own" thing since some of us were more athletically inclined. This is a wonderful place for that. You can enjoy the whole gamut from a peaceful walk to serious climbing in the Tetons. The Tetons are indeed georgious and being in Teton... More

This is THE place to stay if you can afford it , great location , just a short walk to nice trails , stable on premise with good horses, very fitting given the history of the Lodge. Great staff in in Lodge , everyone here seemed to know my name after check-in . Meals were great , best I have... More

It's touch to describe how beautiful this setting is. Though pricy, I drove all over the park and through Jackson Hole and I really don't think you could be situated in a better place if you have the money to spend. Though it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel room, it does feel that someone has thought of every... More
