Mercure is sort of business hotel, where you won't find much activity to do...the rooms is cozy and decent for two people to stay...very well maintained... Food is average and can be improved ...need more amenities inside hotel as well ...Since lavasa is upcoming destination there is lot of scope for improvement in terms of facilities

The staff support is exceptional. I'd give the buffet and food variety a 3/5. Since Lavasa is still an upcoming township, there isn't much to do. Good & clean room, but very basic amenities. The rooms have no view of greenery or the lake. The veranda opens to new constructions. But the beds comfortable and quite great.
