Following the review that appeared on Trip Advisor we would like to clarify some misunderstandings: during the stay of the guests at our hotel the country was very cold, but the temperature in the rooms was 21 degrees. The lady was dissatisfied even after being moved to another room; she bought an electric heater, strictly prohibited by national fire regulations.... More
