The room is spacious, however it is lack of amenities. The internet coverage doesnt reach the room I stayed in. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Located in suburb area of Bengkulu, Staff is ok, and helpful. But I dont think this will be a good value for money

Nice hotel, have clean room, but breakfast is poor and the swiming pool to small. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown. Nice staff. Btw the air cond is not good as well, need many hour to make your room cool. The front office staff are very warm.

First time I experienced the international chain hotel service in Bengkulu. I stayed with my family and celebrating a New Year's eve at Santika Bengkulu. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent food and the New Year's eve event was fantastic (Country Nite). My family was happy and thank you Santika Bengkulu.
