I arrived at about 11pm to this B&B just a few minutes from the airport, but still in view of the end of the runway. Whenever I travel I am always curious if reviews that I have read from others were still accurate and this visit did not disappoint. My room (#1) was very clean, well-appointed with fresh towels, clean... More

We stayed at the Windchimes, Antigua for the night before going on the uk from Anguilla. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. It was the first time I had travelled with my children but not my husband, and i felt very comfortable and safe. Someone was in the office all night. We were greeted lovely and the owner ordered... This is a wonderful little B&B located very close to the VC Bird International airport in Antigua. The room is very clean and has air conditioning. We stayed there for one night and it was perfect. A few words of advice. If you are not into airplanes and the noise then you will need to find another place farther away.... More

The airport in Antigua is an important hub for the Windward Islands so sooner or later you have to overnight for convenience... Wind Chimes was recommended to me by a friend who is a cricket fan and was a bit skeptical about how 'the owner is a great guy" so I won't have any problems. Pleasantly surprised that the owner,... The owner, Collin, was extremely friendly and helpful. A really lovely guy. Ideal airport location with balcony over-looking runway. Large, clean room. A simple pre-ordered breakfast of fruit/muffin/danish was good. Tea/coffee maker in room. Buses into St John's stop right outside (as they do the other way, 2-3 mins to airport). Only US$1 fare. No eating places nearby. Some people... More

We get more than we expected in Wind Chimes. It's nothing of a luxury resort, but perfect for those who are not pure visitors like us. The staff there are frendly, not that talktive but very helpful whenever you need. Rooms are new and clean, some with full kitchen aplliences, with which you can easily cook inside the room. The... We (me,wife and her sis) stopped here overnight while in transit to BVI. Just about 5 minutes and a very cheap taxi ride from the airport. Room was clean, comfortable and cool. View of the runway and planes provided entertainment but noise from planes was no problem at all. Reception staff were just great and fixed taxi back to airport... More

This small family owned hotel was recommended by another property owner on the island who was booked for the date we needed. Collin responded to (email and one phone call) questions quickly and efficiently. When we arrived in the pouring rain he and his staff greeted our taxi with umbrellas. Check-in was easy and quick (we prepaid) and after a... More

I needed to book a room for my son to overnight in Antigua on his way to join us in Dominica for Christmas and as we had stayed at the Windchimes before we booked him in. As an over anxious mother I had some issues and questions which were all answered promptly and very positively. Colin even took the time... More

My husband and I recently traveled to the lovely Caribbean island of Antigua before the start of a wonderful southern Caribbean cruise. We had been planning this trip for a long time and I think one of the hardest decisions we had to make was reserving a hotel. Antigua doesn't have any chain hotels to speak of. A lot of... More
