The room was lovely and outdoor area relaxing. We had a couple questions and Marian was very helpful and informative. A great place to relax. The only thing is you do need a rental car to get around, but I think that is true in most cases.

We stayed at the Pisca Studio, one of four apartments at Casa Oleander, for three weeks. What you get is a clean room with a large bathroom (propane demand hot water heater, so you don't run out), a kitchen with the basic equipment, a patio area with lots of privacy and enough furniture, and lots of birds including parrots flitting... These apartments offer very good value. They are basic, clean places to stay. Mattress was firm, no pad, and flat sheet. We brought along a padded queen top and fitted sheet, and it helped. Kitchen supplies are basic- no sugar, oil, spices. Use prepared foods, or bring your own extras. Water is solar heated. Limited hot water in the mornings.... More
