Poor service and bad food. They should hire more staff for all services and take care about the food quality. A 5* without natural fruit juice?!?! Not even for breakfast. At lunch you can´t take an expresso at the buffet restaurant?! We had to request for the mini-bar service and room cleaning service!!! The rooms and facilities are good.
