This hotel is closer to a W than a typical Holiday Inn. Very modern and funky. Felt like I was in NYC. Water pressure and hot water not great in the mornings, but overall, would recommend for all business travellers. In a safe location and walking distance to many amenities. Service was good. Stayed here on a personal visit in late 2010. The whole place is pretty modern. Service was ok, if a little slow (same as most places in DR) and the rooms were like you'd expect in any 4star hotel in Europe. Breakfasts were good too. A good hotel but nothing to write home about. More

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The garage of the hotel is free which was good because I had rented a car for my 5 days.
