“i only wanted to vacation in punta cana”

this was a very nice hotel but it was not the kind of hotel i was seeking for my anniversary and i forgot to mention that upon arrival we had no wash cloths. so i hope you dont charge me for taking two wash cloths.

“Good hotel...but”

I have stayed here several times. Staff is always polite but the food options are small. There is one hotel restaurant which is ok.great coffee. Walking around the area at night is a little sketchy. I couldn't have asked for anything more during my stay. Room condition, comfort, food, guest services... it all was very nice and to my understanding the best in the area. It is also walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants.

I have stayed at 3 hotels in Santo Domingo and the Hilton is by far the best so far. The staff was pleasant each time I interacted with them. The rooms were clean, but the furniture was old and the room was dark. Kind of creepy that they don't want toilet paper put in the toilets....... but in the trash... More

“the best best best”

Stayed at this hotel for business and will never forget the experience. Rooms are spacious and the view spectacular - I could see the ocean from my room. The service is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will return.

“Beautiful view!!!”

One night stay at Hilton Santo Domingo excellente! Our view was fabulous over looking the Sea! Had a standard room but very comfortable, staff very friendly and professional. A few nice restaurants in walking distance. We opted for pizza and it was great!

A great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The gym and pool area were very nice. The rooms were very comfortable. The food at the hotel is great also. If you are there for business or a Gold Member, the executive loung is excellent. It's a very comfortable hotel and a good value.
