I have stayed at this hotel twice before. There is a difference in the rooms. Some are rather old, small, clean but musty smelling from the humidity. Up grade (for free) to Gold level. VIP check in, out and extra services worth it. Jhoanny VERY nice-Maciel rude, impatient and impertinent. Supervisor, Gregroria also helpful. Very good food and excellent service in all restaurants and buffet. We were a group of 8 ladies on an annual trip. All agreed we would return.
