Everything about the hotel and it's staff was remarkable! Amazingly clean and the ala carte restaurants that we went to were fantastic (Mexican & steakhouse). We were in a junior suite, we had booked a standard double, so not complaining! The room we were in was up to date and sparkling clean. I just can't stress how great this place...

We have been at Dominicana 14 times...great resort... wonderful staff and service....remodeling is first class...rooms, restaurants, lobby, and extra bars...all new! Staff cannot do enough to make you feel "like family"! Will go back for #15!!!!

This resort has long past it's prime and it's begging for some remodeling. The nearby hotels are much better and I am sure not any more expensive. Our room was old and had mold on the walls and ceilings. The bathroom fixtures were dated and leaked. The maid service did a great job though considering the condition of the room....
