An excellent vacation. Beautiful pools, good food, and excellent service especially from waiter Pedro Paulino and barman Eusebio Guzman. Their personal attention/humour was an added bonus to a great stay. PS. Remember to tip people. It won't kill you.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and the resort itself is beautiful. The Reserve is set away from everything else so it's very peaceful. Great spot for couples or friends (was there for a wedding with a large group that had a blast). Everything you could possibly want food and beverage wise is available and the staff is accommodating.

It was a magnific experience. Was one of the most well strtuctured hotel, high quality services, gentel employees all the time, very good and lot of restaurants options, etc. Our experience with a concierge was also wonderfull.
