Just arrived back. Staff very helpful and help make the holiday. First time to Jamaica, but not Caribbean. Bathrooms are touching the 40 year mark, before sandals purchased above hotel and are in desperate need of revamp. Bedrooms apart from penthouse suites still have carpet. Would definitely recommend staying at the Sandals Carlyle. It's cheaper than the other 2 Sandals resorts and the bonus is you have access to those other resorts where the beaches are amazing.
