The hotel is in a very dangerous area with criminal like people walking around. This is not a place for a single people or family people. The rooms are dirty, the food there stinks, the place is a mess. Stay away from this place, it's not good. Rude people working there More

It's not a Westin, but if you want the best location for Old San Juan and other things like cold a/c, comfortable bed, decent workout facility and pool/hot tub, this place is great. I'm so glad we stayed here and not a resort away from all the restaurants and historic sites. More
