Don't stay here!!!. Their front desk male clerk is a creeper! He tried to enter our room at midnight, using his keys, while we were asleep. I woke up to hearing the locks turning and yelled "hey, get out of here", my husband ran to the door and my daughter was screaming. When the door opened the male clerk was... More

My wife and I just stayed here March, 2012. We were looking for an inexpensive place to overnight close to the airport, and the Oceana worked fine for that. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check-in and they offered to store our bags (they had plenty of company-others' bags too) while we went out and enjoyed the beach. The rather... More

Worst place I have ever stayed! The staff was rude, the room looked and felt like it should have been rented by the hour. They gave my girlfriend a hard time when she asked for an extra towel. Oh yeah, I went out front for a cigarette one night and caught the guy at the front desk pleasing himself. AND... More

This place was like a sick joke (but on us): Toilets that did not work, no TP!, undersized sheets siding off of a well-worn mattresses, bathroom tiles decaying and stained and breaking. The blankets smelled dirty. 90's style TV, cable not working right. The key system is/was old-time. Trouble is, we (stupidly, accidentally) opened the wrong room on our floor,... More

Poor hotel for the money. Rooms were not clean. No water pressure in the bathroom. Plumbing problems. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The room key opened several guest rooms. ( I discovered this by chance when I opened the room that was 1 flight above ours ). The complimentary breakfast was a banana and 2 slices of toast.... More

The hotel was conveniently located walking distance to a nice beach, a short drive to the touristy section of san juan/old san juan, and drivable distance to El Yunque Rain Forest. The room is modest but priced very reasonably and they definitely are interested in making your stay enjoyable. A little more attention to detail and the hotel could get... More

I stayed at Oceana for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a decent price and about a 3 min walk to the beach. The staff was amazing. Had never been to San Juan and employee Yanira Bernard was so helpful with suggestions on places to eat and visit. Another employee named Manny Alfonso was just as... More

I went to San Juan for a quick get away with my girlfriend. We stayed at this place because it claimed it was close to the action and decently priced. The beach is right around the corner and that was awesome. However for four days we only received a pair of clean towels once. On the second day I managed... More

I spend a short night sleeping in this hotel. The room is small but comfortable enough. They charge our additional friend but refuse to provide extra bed or any alternatives, which is not reasonable. The location is good, one block from the beach. More
