Here is our review of BB we are holiday makers not investors. Firstly do not book with Harlequin travel direct, they broke several written statements to us, make sure you go via Virgin or another big operator. We travelled last few days in April first week in May for 10 nights. We were met at Barbados airport by a BB... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for your constructive feedback and kind compliments. Regarding Harlequin Air, it is currently limited to use for transporting staff and associates only until the full licence is granted, which is expected imminently. Going forward, Harlequin Air will be a very important part of Harlequin's service to its guests, so please be assured that things are not... More

Really enjoyed our stay in February, The resort was relaxing, peaceful and was suitable for our needs. We knew it was new and building work going on, after arriving at the 'rear' entrance after a hairy ride around St Vincents hilly roads we were greeted by smiling faces and a beautiful white sand beach; any fears disappeared. We had two... More

Just returned from 10 nights at Buccament Bay. We are seasoned travellers and are lucky enough to have stayed in several 5*resorts & working in hospitality (not Harlequin!) I like to think I know what good looks like....well Buccament lived up to our expectations & more. Villas are luxurious & comfortable with good in room facilities - great coffee maker,... More

Even though this hotel is not 100% finish as yet, I enjoyed the food, drinks and the ambiance. Not a big fan of black sand though since I am from Barbados. Also the fact that there is a river running right into the bathing annoys me a bit. But the pool did suffice. The hotel is very beautiful at night... More

Like everyone else, I spent hours reading the other reviews and researching everything I possibly could regarding Buccament Bay. I must admit that after absorbing all of the comments and information, I was slightly nervous at what we would find at this resort. Before I go any further, we are not investors, we just like luxury holidays, in beautiful and... More

It has all been said by guests who have been here - the good, the bad and the irritating (not the guests of course)! so an essay is not required. It was with some trepidation that we looked forward to this holiday due to the many disparaging reports - many of these were later removed from Tripadviser - what was... More

My wife and I have just returned from the resort celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Where do I start. The not so good stuff. The flight was fine and although there was a 4 hour wait at the airport in Barbados (that's normal) the executive lounge with free basic food and a good range of free drinks and Wi-Fi helped.... very rarely put a review on Trip Advisor (this is only my second in 4 years) but I feel that I need to set the record straight about this resort. From the moment I arrived, after a 16 hour journey, and was barked at to produce "passport and credit card" I felt that the marketing for this resort far outweighed... More

My hubby and I celebrated a portion (5 nights) of our honeymoon at Buccament and overall had mixed feelings about the place. It’s beautiful, the location is gorgeous, the staff are well-trained, but something just doesn’t sit right. For one, the staff to guest ratio appeared to be about 10 to 1 and it’s clear that a ton of money... More
