This was our second time to the Turks and first to the Regent Palms. One of the most relaxing vacations ever. Quite and serene setting. Service was outstanding. Pretty resort and great beach. Service was not high end and a bit inconsistent. Bartenders at the pool bar didn't come around to the guests but the guests go to the bar. Inconsistent service from the concierge desk. On-site restaurant is not worth the price.

Very impressed with the quality of the property and staff. Special mention to Berson at the concierge desk who arranged a fantastic excursion to North and Middle Caicos and secured a last minute reservation at the Coco Bistro. We have been frequent guests at The Regent Palms and we have never been disappointed. The service goes above all expectations and the resort is perfectly kept. Having a full breakfast included is a wonderful plus but it is the beach, pool and ocean that will keep you coming back. Everything is designed to keep you happy, relaxed and comfortable.
