The Palms was an okay place to stay while we visited St. Croix. However in comparison to prior Caribbean vacations for the money we spent we did not get the kind of accommodations we expected. The rooms while simply decorated were not 4star level. The sheets were not up to par - a basic 100-200 thread count and very thin... More

Thank you for choosing to stay with us here at The Palms and for taking the time to write a review. We have just completed renovations to all of our rooms and we have heard that they are among the nicest on island. We took special care to ensure that our bathrooms make an impression with large, coral-backed showers, brand... More

We had a wonderful time at The Palms. We are a familly of five, and we all enjoyed our stay and the warm hospitality emmensely. Everybody were more than ready to help with any questions we might have. And the wiev and sea / the Coral reef there are fantastic. We were also very lucky to participate in hikes that... More

We are definetely going back, Staff was so good to us from the guy who took our bags to our room, to bar staff, to the social director especially. We were greeted with a free 1/2 pint of Cruzan rum in our room and a complementary drink in the bar. The room was clean and newly updated. Our vew of... More

This was our second time at the Palms. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly and the rooms are right on the beach. This is NOT a full-service hotel. It's not even particularly fancy. But, if you are comfortable exploring on your own and if you like the more laid back approach, you'll enjoy this hotel. They do need new... More

I really enjoyed the hotel. It's small, probably less than 40 rooms, but the staff is great and the food was really good, though I ate only breakfast and a couple of lunches because I had meetings elsewhere. Of course, the bar could make just about any insane rum drink possible. It's intimate enough that you get to know just... More

I have been to St. Croix 3 times in the last 2 years to visit my brother and his family. I think the Palms is a relaxing centrally located place to stay on the beach without breaking the bank. My 4 year old nephews loves the pool and enjoys playing with the other kids at the resort. I would recommend... More

Have had the pleasure of staying at the Palms four times during the last year or so. The staff is very accomodating and helpful, and the restaurant/bar is excellent. This is a great spot for families --since the beach is small and intimate and excellent for snorkeling. Rooms are good size with great views of the beach. The furnishings in... More

Our family spent 6 nights at the Palms. Our caution - this is not a 5-star super luxury resort - but the Palms never claimed to be. We thought that the location (on the Island) was fantastic. Close to Christiansted if you're heading in for dinner/tourist stuff. The cove is very windy, which actually keeps the temperature cooler than the... More

This is a review of just the resort's beach and restaurant, as we stayed at the neighboring Hibiscus Beach Resort. The beach in front of the Palms is small but terrific for snorkeling. There is a perfectly sandy part that is ideal for learning to snorkel, and the beachfront was well tended. The Wednesday night BBQ is a very nice... More

Our family spent 4 days at this resort and each day was better than the last. Lovely staff, great food, beautiful room and peace and quiet. There is lots of snorkeling or you can just relax at the beach or at the pool. The resort is not fancy or touristy if that is what you are looking for, it is... More
