Poor service from the majority of staff I'm afraid. They all seemed a bit tired and overworked to be honest. The hotel is set in the most amazing grounds and area and would love to return one day. Hopefully the bed linen will be better, and the attitude of some of the staff. Food was reasonable.

nice if basic hotel in acharacle...fabulous scenery..lovely reasonable food especially the takeaway options !..great to see animals in yard for kids especially the pig !!..not much else in village to see or do but it`s not really that kind of place anyway. can highly recommend bot trip on the adjacent sea loch also.

Would not recommend. Hotel in need of a make-over. Room cold, dark and dated. Unpleasant staff and all together unwelcoming.

It all was reasonable. Rooms ok, food ok, not realy to recommend and not too expensive. The village of Arachacle is not the place you are heading for, though the area is stunning. The hotel actually needs a make over, though my girlfriend loved the atmosphere. The management is very friendly and helpfull. Try Skipper with poached eggs for breakfast!
