We had a very enjoyable couple of days at The Inn on the Tay, which is in a lovely setting. We were very well looked after, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Very good value. We plan to return.

We stayed in the Inn for two nights as part of a voucher deal. We did not know what to expect but found the Inn located on a picturesque riverside, with very welcoming staff and a lovely clean, large room overlooking the river. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious with a great range of... More

Stayed h ere for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. Situated in a prime location the scenery frowm the decking is quite spectacular. The River Tay rapids can be enjoyed when having a quiet drink or lunch. We were greeted by Fraser who was a charming young lad and the other member of the team was Eilidh who... More

I dropped in to the Inn on the Tay for lunch with my older relatives (all pensioners). We received a warm reception and were sat at the bay window area with great views of the river. Service was excellent and 3 of my relatives didn't want big meal so asked for smaller portions. They received the children's size portion which... More

Had a lovely few days at the Inn. We took our two dogs and we all had a great time. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The small lounge area was so relaxing we could have sat there all day. Food was top quality from our breakfast to our evening meal. Definitely deserves 4* status. A little... More

2nd year in Aberfeldy, third visit to the Inn on the Tay. The view of the rapids from the window of the restaurant is enough to keep you coming back, but the food is excellent too. It really feels like a family restaurant, very relaxed and friendly, and the menu uses local and seasonal produce as much as possible. The... More

We chose this as near the etape. We had a room for 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children, 11&13), it was spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely bar and restaurant with great reasonably priced food. Chicken liver pâté was lovely, chicken pie excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful, posted charger back that we left very promptly. Perfect location... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at this delightful hotel. We had a lovely room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the outdoor terrace overlooking the river on the first night. Food was lovely, especially the lamb confit. We ate indoors on the second night because of the inclement weather, again superb food... More
