Simply charming, cosy, boutique "Inn House" with the very English looks and ambience, in a nice cool temperate atmosphere. If we go up to the Cameron Highlands again, we won't stay anywhere else but the "Ye Ole Smokehouse". The grounds and garden are simply gorgeous!

The worst service ever! Mr. I----- is the worst front manager. Took our orders wrongly. No apologies given. I don't mind paying the extra RM16, but in principle, at least an apology. First and last visit. Terrible place to have tea. Mc Donalds or KFC have much better service than this lousy family heritage hotel. About time to close down.!!!
