The quality of everything here is fantastic - the house, the bedroom, the food, the hosts. I can say no more than echo all the good things that have been said before. Thank you. More

We've just returned from a 2 day B&B stay at the Graffoe where our hosts Pam & Jim certainly made sure we left happy with a promise to return. We were lucky enough to get the dual-aspect Balcony room with separate en-suite - it was immaculate and a bedroom I'd love to have at home! We were greeted with tea... More

I stayed in the balcony room with a view overlooking Branston Hall. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The breakfasts were out of this world, home cook style with a variety of choice and sufficient to last a person until mid afternoon. I will definitely return ! Lyndon, Virginia, USA. More

We'd travelled all day from the Netherlands on public transport, so it was a huge relief to be taken the last mile or so by Jim in his car, who was waiting for us at the bus stop. Everything that came after lived up to that initial act of kindness: a comfortable room, excellent breakfasts and such friendly treatment that... More

Stayed with my partner in the balcony room. From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome and this continued through the stay. The personal touches were very thought out, such as emergency torch if needed in the bedroom. Spotlessly clean throughout and very friendly without intruding owners. Fantastic cooked breakfast with lots of freshly made bread and preserves. Thank... More

We arrived in a rush, having been delayed by roadworks, but Pam brought us a most welcome cup of tea and piece of homemade cake whilst we busied ourselves to get ready to go out to a nearby wedding. As we left for the wedding Pam asked us if we preferred white or brown bread as they make their own... More

Pam and Jim the hosts of this B&B simply spoil their guests. I regularly use this B&B which is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. I have just returned from a visit to Lincoln. Although a solo traveller I was given a large double room. Pam's breakfast supplies everything a person could wish for. As hosts they are very accommodating to... More

My wife and I stayed at this Bed & Breakfast for two nights and one word sums up our experience --- EXCELLENT. From the moment we arrived till we left nothing was too much bother for Jim & Pam. We would certainly recommend The Graffoe to anyone looking for accommodation in this area. More

We stopped at the Graffoe for one night en route from Oxford to North Yorkshire, because we wanted to visit Lincoln Cathedral. The room was extremely spacious, the mattresses very supportive, the water pressure in the shower was terrific, the breakfast was delicious, and Pam and Jim are delightful hosts. The house is in a charming village, with a pub... More
