Sure the location is great but.....the rooms are like what you get for half the money anywhere else..And the beds have been the worse yet! Now the location is amazing, loved the town and beach access, time to up the rooms a bit for 85$.

This is a wonderful friendly place if your the casual no frills type of traveler. Catering more to fisherman than the tourist. Rooms are clean. Beds are a mix of perfect to a little to firm. Excellent owner operators. Easy access to beach and town amenities. Great breakfast.

We stopped here overnight on the way to La Paz after a late afternoon arrival into San Jose del Cabo. Perfect for our needs. Basic two bed room with a small clean bathroom and a (noisy) air conditioner in the wall. Great breakfast in the restaurant too. I would stay here again.

our stay was to fish, everything including the town was very clean, the food was excellent, and people very very hospitable, i will most definitely return, i loved it. and you can't beat the price.

I've been to Verdugo's twice now. Once in February of 07 and again the following June. The February trip was to celebrate my wife's and my birthdays. (I managed to sneak a little fishing in also.)
