Toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, and it appeared to have never had the outside of it washed. Cobwebs and dirt all around the walls and drop panel ceiling, especially the corners. I was there for labor day 2003, $95 p/night. Quiet, clean, no remote for TV, 1 HBO channel and 2 local. Your friends cannot swim in pool or spend time w/you in hotel. No phone nor clock. Some rooms AC not working we had to switch rooms for that reason. From 1 - 10 I rate it 6.
