Poor front desk service. Room service not 24/7. Location is close to downtown. Most visitors appears to be families. Room size average, no complaint regarding the room. Best rate through internet purchase, weekend rates lower. Somewhat slow elevators in the towers. Nice ground floor / pool. Business travelers may want to consider other options. More

The hotel won't allow you more than the amount of registered guest into the room. It gets more complicated....so JUST DON'T STAY HERE. More
