The hotel says there is transportation. That's not totally true. Yes, you can get to the airport and back but when we asked for transportation to the consulate we got the runaround. This hotel used to be Hilton Garden Inn Ciudad Juarez, I had stayed there a couple of times when it was Hilton, recently found that it changed to Krystal Bussiness.
