We stayed there because we had wedding invitation and this hotel was cheapest hotel aroud the area. It has a fair rate due to its address. However, rooms are small and soap is given via dispenser. You can easily hear your neighbours (from walls and roof) Breakfast buffet is average, but dinner is bad: beans were from a can and meat was flavorless (Monterrey is proud of their meat) Better to walk for closer restaurants.

Good location = Valle Oriente Good price = Cheapest in the area Regular service = Because of the price, lack of service is provided and the rooms does not has the minimum amenities required, like shampoo, towels, etc. I think that Ibis should improve rooms and customer care in order to compete with others hotels in the area.
