Mayan Palace is clean and a nice place to stay. Next time I will NOT stay at a time share. I thought I could handle this after the reviews but after working extremely hard for over 2 years and going on vacation I did NOT want to be woke up to phone calls wanting me to " eat breakfast" .... More

We just got back from a wonderful stay at the Mayan Palace at Mazatlan, we were not sure what to expect with all the bad news about the place, but our experience was nothing but the best ever in Mexico. Mazatlan is a beautiful city, with lots to see and do, we enjoyed eating seafood at Azul's right on the... More

Does this hotel have in-room internet? Or if not, is it available in the lobby? Cost being? Yes I know (anticipating mental reactions to seeing this) , take a vacation and leave the email behind... BUT, not everyone gets to escape from being answerable, so an hour early each day answering questions while in Maz is worth the effort to... More

Our fifth trip to Mazatlan. A beautiful city that is virtually abandoned because of the drug cartel and time share rip offs. Hotel is clean with good service. Prices for food and beverages are way too high and very few people eat or buy drinks. They bring their own . Jewlelry stolen from our room. Management filed a report. Pulman... More

We arrived home yesterday from a 1 week vacation at the Mayan Palace and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. This resort does not compare in size or have the amenities available as other Mayan Palaces that we have stayed in but for the size, they did a very good job at making our stay enjoyable. We were traveling with another... More

Beautiful resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were kept in beautiful shape and the beach was clean. BUT-beware of them hounding you to have breakfast and tour their resort. We told them from the beginning that we weren't interested in a time share but they called the room in the mornings to remind us that we hadn't booked... More

it is too bad to see the tourism so badly hurt in mzt. somehow tho the Mayan Palace is keeping reasonably full relative to the rest of the area. We were very pleased as always with the staff at MP. They want you to enjoy yr vacation. the staff has no leeway to make that happen. the hotel is removed... More
