“Lousy room, or sub-par resort?”

The style of this hotel is great - ultra-modern and hot pink. Our room (#706), however, had many problems. The bathroom and shower door didn't close properly, even the front door - directly across from the elevators - didn't close entirely and so we were woken up whenever chatty people were coming or going. I stayed here for work. I chose the hotel because of the Crowne Plaza Brand and thought it would be one of the best.
