Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is paradise. The service, the food and the property is beautiful. This year we stayed in a Junior suite. The room was beautiful with a great view. Would have been nice to have a kind bed rather than 2 queens. The room was clean and well maintained. The pools are clean and the staff are very happy... More

We love Pueblo Bonito and especially Emerald bay in Mazatlan. The help is of highest quality, the food is great and it is probably the prettiest and best kept place we vacation. Staff are always willing to help and any problems are resolved quickly. Activities staff are extremely pleasant and fun. We like the fact Emerald bay is out of... More

We've been frustrated with the consistently poor service at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in the past, so we stayed in town this year. The service in town is always excellent. Sadly, the property is going to be remodeled in 4 years, and they aren't maintaining it. My parents were in the penthouse, my husband and I were in a luxury... More

My wife and I just returned from a week in Mazatlan. We have traveled a fair amount, always to a beach locale... Trips include Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Jamaica (twice); Bahamas (3 times); Cozumel and Belize. I only list those as a reference point. I can honestly state that we enjoyed our trip to Mazatlan more than any of the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is an old hotel and you can tell by some of the rundown areas in the bathroom ,living quarters and pool area. It was very humid in the rooms and the rooms smelled very musty. Infact all of our clothes smelled and I had to launder everything when we got home. I did... More

This hotel is the original of its chain of hotels. The service is great. Has beautiful beach and pools. Each night it has a different activity and the service is superb. We stayed there two weeks and loved every minute of it. Its just outside to gold zone (hotel strip) in Mazatlan. You can take a pulmonia (open air taxi)... More

I have been an owner at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay for five years. My wife and I purchased our timeshare at the same time my late brother and his wife. They were Mazatlan fans for 25 years. We must have rubbed to close, because this is a vacation my wife and look forward to every year. If you want to... More

This was our third one week stay in the last four years and upgraded to the one bedroom suite (very nice). The suite allowed one person to get up early or stay up late without bothering the other. Housekeeping was awesome! Every day there were activities to choose from, whether an adult or youngster boredom was a word not spoken.... More

Great hotel. Been there three times and absolutely enjoy it. It has a very Mexican feel. Rooms are quite nice. The junior suite is very nice for a family. I enjoy having a kitchenette.
