we stayed at the pueblo bonito from Wednsday to Saturday on the end od April 2012. The hotel is dated but nice. Having the experience at previos pueblo bonito in Cabo I did not fall for the go to the next desk so you can listen to the hotels features, they just want to take you to see another Pueblo... More

My sister has a timeshare "ownership" at PB Mazatlan (we can use the Emeral Bay facility also)so e/o year we book two adjacent Jr. Suites (this year we were bumped up into 1BRs...imagine, 4 females with 4 bathrooms - HEAVEN!) and my daughter and a friend join us for a week! We arrived Sat. 4/14 just at the end of... More

This is an authentic Mexican resort. It is in town and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach is flat and fun to play in. The waiters, bellmen and front desk people were a lot less friendly this year. I really did not appreciate checking in at the front desk and then having to go over to the... More

This hotel was spectacular. All rooms have a balcony with an ocean view. The restaraunts were amazing. The beach was kept up daily. Mateo and Luis were phenomenal waiters who kept us in food and drink the whole time we were on the beach or by the pool. The conierge and front desk staff were extremely helpfull as well. If... More

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito the first week in January 2012. The weather was warm, it could have been warmer for my taste. It was quite breezy so if you were in the shade it was a tad cool. I guess that time of year it can be variable. The staff was very friendly and everything was kept very clean.... More

Spent time at this resort the last week in March. Very happy with eveything. We didn't do the all-inclusive. Bought groceries across the road and shrimp off the guy on the beach. It was a quiet week before the Easter influx so we had no problem getting loungers on the beach or by the pool. Whole complex was very clean... More

Stayed at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. Although the rooms are old and in need of a rehab, it was very clean & pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly (other than the time share sharks!). We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach-the sound of waves put us to sleep each nite Our biggest complaint was the fact that the... More

We are home after 2 wonderful weeks at PBMaz. We were greeted our first day at Cilantros at happy hour by all the staff there. All with open arms welcoming us back. Not possible to mention by names because we may leave someone out and don't want to do that. We were glad to hear that Manuels(reg. desk) wife is... More

We have been going to Mazatlan for several years and are so glad that Pueblo Bonito is our home resort, It is a beautiful place to stay, and is kept up very well. The pools are salt water and warm. All rooms face the ocean and have a porch or balcony. The ocean is very beautiful and usable. We also... More
