This continues my review of PB Emerald Bay - ran out of room in #1 of 2. So be aware of the limitations and food/drink quality before doing the all-inclusive plan. There is a shuttle bus (at least once/hour starting at 10am) that takes you between the two PBs (Emerald Bay and Mazatlan locations). Mazatlan is older and smaller but... More

It's a large resort but still feels small and intimate. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic (the grilled lobster is to die for. I ate it 4 times in a week!) the rooms are quite comfortable and we had a great ocean view. We were able to walk downtown to food and shopping. More

We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito through our timeshare. The hotel was not busy at this time so there were plentiful lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we got faced the ocean and we had the opportunity to see the sunset every night of our stay. The rooms... More

My husband and I just got back from our first trip to Mazatlan and absolutely LOVED this place. The people who work there are amazing and really get to know you throughout your stay. Most of the people who stay there own time shares and know eachother. We just rented a room and people came right up to us the... More

We recently stayed in Mazatlan at Pueblo Bonito, the staff, waiters, maids, were all great ! The heated pool, and activities, rooms, everything made our stay very enjoyable. We have been to Mazatlan many times, this was among our best, however. we are disappointed with the bad pubicity concerning Mazatlan. Violence occurs anywhere in the world. We feel very sad... More

This is the only way that I can get a review for this wonderful place. Marina Massage is located across the street from Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlan. It is in a little strip mall by the Fish Market and by the Laundry. The owner has been a massage therapist for 15 years. She just opened up her little two bed... More

My friend insisted we pick this hotel, and he was right. The only complaint would hold true for most Mazatlan hotels, lots of traffic noise, but there probably were rooms with less noise than ours. However our fourth floor room had a lovely view of the pool and beach (and hot tub! bonus) screened through palm leaves which afforded us... More

We have been going to this fine resort for over 20 years and it's as good as ever. The people at the hotel are very helpful and the service is terrific. For the resort being as old as it is, the rooms, pools, resturants are maintained well. Although the Emerald Bay Resort is beautiful, we would much rather stay at... More

We arrived for the 8th time this year at the end of Janurary to find a noticeful change in Service at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes for a front desk clerk to look up from a journal to help us. At check out we arrived at the front desk to find one desk clerk to help 8 people... More

My husband and I bought a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan several years ago and have never regretted our decision. Every year is a given that we will visit in February to enjoy the colors, accomadations and hospitality. We feel as though we are family when we arrive and are always sad to leave. The staff and accommodations are first... More
