Casa De Leyendas is a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of historic Mazatlan. The area is charming and the restored colonial mansion is lovely. This is best place to stay in Mazatlan if you want to be away from the touristy large hotels and all that goes with them. More

It all started on a rainy night...the hubby and I drove almost 5 hours on the road from San Carlos/Guayamas, Mexico. 2 dogs, no reservations...waiting on inquiries we made earlier during the day on the road. Just as things were starting to look desperate.. realizing we were either going to sleep on the sand or park our butts indefinitely in... More

We love old Mazatlan, and love this B&B! The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. It's a wonderful quiet spot to get a good night's rest in a beautifully restored Mexican villa, and enjoy the ambiance and fine dining of the mach ado. Glen and Sharon are welcoming hosts who always make us feel at home. Again, it's our favorite... More

My boyfriend and I spent our 14th anniversary at Casa de Leyendas, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Sharon and Glenn were awesome - they made us feel right at home and were great at helping us plan our daily activities. The entire building was beautifully decorated, and the rooms were absolutely lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed... More

During our recent week-long trip to Mazatlan, staying at Casa de Layendas was one of the highlights. We loved returning to the casa in the afternoon to relax by the pool or read on a patio. We loved grabbing a snack in the bar and lounging in our rooms. We loved retreating to the air conditioning when we were overheating,... More

This is a hidden jewel and a wonderful location within MZT. Easy access to the water ferry, island, and restaurants galore in the square. If you enjoy the history, architectural, and open markets while on vacation, this has it all within walking distance at a tremendous value. Beds are the most comfortable in Mexico and there are beautiful ocean views... More

This was my third visit to Casa de Leyendas, and every stay has been quite enjoyable. Glen and Sharon are very gracious and welcoming hosts who will go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met. The location, in the historical district of Mazatlan, is great. You are also just a block from the beach. There... More

Sharon and Glenn Sorrie are the most accomodating hosts you can imagine. They'll interrupt anything they're doing to give you any help they suspect you might need. The location is excellent, less than one block from the beach and Melecon. The breakfasts (included) are fantastic. They have a small restaurant and bar, a favorite place for easy socializing without fail... More
