Hello All, We picked this hotel only because of the Kids Club only. We knew it wasn't a 5 star and we were ok with that as long as the childcare was excellent. The first 2 days of childcare were awesome! We even tipped the nannies $50US. We only leave our child for 3 or 4 hours max. 3rd day... More

“Great vacation”

We spent one week at the Melia and had a fantastic stay. Food was great. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean. There are many lounge chairs so no need to get up early to save them. Loved all the restaurants.

“A lovely all-inclusive, our first visit and not our last”

We booked through Westjet. The flight, customs and the airport went well. Listen to other reviewers when they tell you to say "no, gracias," to the folks in the shark tank. Overall, the resort was decent and the people were really friendly. I was disturbed to find out that the Orion Coffee bar/cafeteria was NOT part of the all inclusive package! Was a bit disappointed when we first arrived at the hotel. It is definitely older than what the pictures look like. Rooms are fine, bed was soooo comfy!
