Nice clean place that makes you feel welcome. Flowers, greenery, small pool in the courtyard - colibris hum along, life is good. Staff is very friendly, no problem for English speakers. We were with a largish group for a conference; one night concierge came to us and offered five free tickets for the football game - he could not make... More

“Great place near University of Guadalajara and Templo Expiatorio”

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Very clean and reasonable ($48 USD for 2 beds). We had a ground level room with the pool right outside our room on one side and a garden like parking area on the other side. Room had a door on both sides so first night we sat outside our room... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times. If your driving it has good secure parking right at your room. Good breakfast restaurent. Good location off the main street. Good rooms and good service. English spoken at front desk. The only negative....Hard to find the hotel. OR is that a positive ?

“Isabel is a nice Hotel”

The Hotel Isabel is nice. It's a short walk to the downtown area in a nice neighborhood. Tucked behind adobe walls you'll have a quiet night's sleep smelling the gardenia blossoms. Free, safe onsight parking. Small, clean rooms with TV in spanish. Oh yeah...there's also a cafe.
