Old, and the rooms are not exactly the cleanest, staff was not efficient on our way out, they couldn’t handle the amount of people checking out. There are way better alternatives in the area for better price, it is too expensive for what you receive. No breakfast included.

Definitely a hotel for biz travelers who need to be close to the Guadalajara Expo and who need an expensive place to sleep and have a poor shower, not a place for families at all.
