I spent 2 nights at Hilton Reforma in April to May 2011. The hotel is very good, comfortable, fine amenities in the bathroom, one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, with a very good price. “Exelent staff! Rooms a bit to dark.”

Good hotel with exelent service from breackfast Waiters, room service waiters and helpfull congierge. Only thing i don't like are the dark Brown collars of the rooms (depressing) and black hair in the tub ( i'm blond) More

I have travelled to Mexico City for 20 yrs and although I have stayed and several good hotels this one is my new favourite. Great rooms, great location and outstanding Restaurant El Cardenal. Plus 5 minutes from Bellas Artes and the Zocalo! More

This Hilton reminds me of when I was a child and the name Hilton meant style, luxury, class. Sadly, in many places now, Hilton hotels resemble little more than rundown 2 star motels masquerading as hotels.
