I spent 2 nights at Hilton Reforma in April to May 2011. The hotel is very good, comfortable, fine amenities in the bathroom, one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, with a very good price. However, more than all this, what makes me give Hilton Reforma a high grade was their assistance in a very sad episode... More

Good Hotel - Hilton style - located near important tourist sites such as The Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, however pretty far from the beautiful Chapultepec and Polanco area. By he way the Hotel is not on Paseo de Reforma...quite a walk if you want to get walking to the nice places in Paseo de Reforma. The hotel is located... More

I have travelled to Mexico City for 20 yrs and although I have stayed and several good hotels this one is my new favourite. Great rooms, great location and outstanding Restaurant El Cardenal. Plus 5 minutes from Bellas Artes and the Zocalo! More

This Hilton reminds me of when I was a child and the name Hilton meant style, luxury, class. Sadly, in many places now, Hilton hotels resemble little more than rundown 2 star motels masquerading as hotels. Not so the Hilton Mexico City Reforma - I have stayed there three times in the past year and a half. It is fabulous.... More

I booked an executive level room on the 26th floor for one night for a 24 layover in connecting flights. This was with my wife and 1 year old son. From the moment the doorman opened our taxi door to the next day when he packed us into the taxi we were treated as VIP's here. Every person we encountered... More

Which is why the Hilton Reforma proved to be the safest bet we could have made in choosing a hotel for a five day business trip. It is in a quiet-ish area, close to some of the more beautiful historic... More
