Nice city centre hotel. The rooms are quite small but very well equipped and really clean. The beds are comfortable. We had rooms on the 9th floor so it was very quiet. Food and drinks at the hotel are quite expensive so be careful of your bar bill! The concierge desk is really helpful apart from when I needed to... More

This is the second time I stay here and I really like it. I've been there for business and I like the location and the price. It's real close to the new shopping mall Reforma 222 (a 10 minute walk along Hamburgo street), and along the way there are many restaurants and shops too. I won't go out at night... More

My fiancee and I travelled to Mexico City for a friend's wedding. Since everyone else was staying at this hotel we booked here as well. Overall our stay was very nice. If we ever do go back to Mexico City we will probably stay here again. The location is perfect. All of the major tourist attractions are within walking distance... More

Upon arrival at 2PM, check in for Concierge Level, Jr suite was delayed until after 7PM. Initially we were told to come back at 3PM. We returned at 5:30PM. First room assigned had a queen bed (although had booked a king). The next room had a safe that was inoperable. By this time we had tickets for a concert so... More

In spite of the reviews, when it comes to customer service and professionalism in the hospitality industry the management of this hotel is seriously lacking. The consierge level is a joke. After waiting 6 hours fora from we were given a room of lesser value than what we reserved. The Jr Suite is a joke and definittely not worth the... More

The hotel has a serious bed bug problem and are in denial. We were bitten terribly in the first two rooms (we only stayed one night) and finally seemed to be okay in the third room. In the evening, the head of housekeeping and manager on duty came to the room, saw the bites and seemed sympathetic. When we checked... More

I stayed at the Galeria Plaza while in Mexico City for 48 hours on business and had a fantastic experience! It's not a luxurious hotel, per se, but I experienced fantastic service, staff going the extra mile, and a very comfortable stay. I stayed in one of the executive suites, with a good bathroom, well-equipped bedroom (including desk and flat... More

Stayed three nights and would have moved to another hotel but had prepaid. The bed was rock hard - I hardly got any sleep and when I mentioned it to a male receptionist, he simply laughed, and said it was fine for him. The room was also quite cold and while the a/c had a heating setting, it didn't work.... More

... where "central" of course is very relative in Mexico City ... Overall rating is kind of 4-/3+, somehow the hotel is lacking a cosy atmosphere and is not showing something particular stylish as well. A bit like "nice, but not special atmosphere". Restaurant offers reasonable quality food, but there is plenty of good places in walking distance. Some good... More
