Small hotel in a quiet neighborhood not far from center (but you do need to walk about 20-25 minutes, so it's not in the center per se). Some nice little restaurants in the area, felt safe. The manager was very nice and put us up on the second floor with the balcony. Those rooms are good, though the bathroom smells...
