The hotel is right in front of shopping mall which also has restaurants. Pools and jacuzzis are clean and big!! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will come back this hotel when I visit Cancun again!!

Great customer service, beautiful scenery, everything a vacation should be and more! You can't be disappointed unless you love complaining about little things. We went for the beach and weren't disappointed in the least!
