I was appalled to say the least when we arrived at this so-called hotel. We were greeted by very unfriendly staff at the front desk. After looking in our room we were astonished at the sight. The room had 2 dingy full sized beds with stains on the comforters. We immediately called the front desk regarding this and the fact... More

Ok this review is dated, I visited El Pueblito in February, 2005. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in. Me and 3 friends(all 18ish) booked a trip to Cancun to party, hang out, and drink cervezas. This hotel was amazing, I would recommend this hotel mainly to partyers who are on a budget and just want a cheap... More

We booked to get married there, 15 family members went with us, we had no hot water for days, the pool areas are very slippery and dangerous, the food is disgusting, the beer is served in smelly plastic cups, everything shuts down at 12pm, they just turn all the lights off while your sitting there. Workmen kept banging bits of... More

Granted I did stay here a while ago, but felt I should still put in my 2 cents since a lot of people had bad things to say about it. El Pueblito is not a place to stay if you want to enjoy the hotel and/or go on vacation as a family. I went to Cancun when I was 19... More

I am not a person to complain easily but I booked this holiday based on the information in the brochure. What it said in the brochure and what you actually get are two totally different things. Due to a hericane 9 months prevous to our holiday there was only a third of the hotel up and running without any entertainment,... More

Ok so we went into this vacation a little sceptical because of all of the reviews we had read that said this place was absolutely terrible but the minute we got there our thoughts changed tremedously! They gave a basement room the first night but we went back in the morning and asked for a room with a beach view... More
