The downtown Ramada is a nice hotel in a great location. Located by a large plaza, restaurants, grocery store and bus station this is a good spot if you want to avoid the hotel zone on the beach. Not a single complaint. More

I stayed there for 2 nights during my Quintana Roo 3 days trip. I booked the hotel using Wyndham points, and it cost 10K points nightly, good option for what you get I could say. Firstly the location, if you come to Cancun to have a traditional beach rest, like most of Americans there, you should stay in Zona Hotelera,... More

This hotel is perfect for people who just want to be in Cancun for one night and to be close to the ADO bus station. Everything in the hotel, including the air-con awnd the w-fi, worked just fine. The buffet breakfast had both European and Mexican food. Everything was spotless and so plain it was charmless. There are many restaurants... More

we stayed here while doing the tours at the start of our holiday and then moved to a resort at the beach for down time and to enjoy the all inclusive before coming home. this hotel was reasonably close to the bus station where we had to go everyday to catch a bus (to xcaret, chicenitza and playa del carmen,... This Ramada is simple, clean and in the mix of City Centro. It is hardly decorated and seems to cater to a wide variety of travelers. It is quiet and the beds are good. Maybe it is just me but it also seems very Spartan and un-romantic in its efficiencies. The older staff members seemed to be more helpful than... More

The room has the few trappings of a modern hotel--crucible sinks chenille throws on the bed That's where the similarities to someplace you might want to stay ends. The rooms are a symphony of smells, largely mildew and pine sol ( which I guess is better than just mildew. That said, the hotel is noisy (as in you can hear... More

We arrived at the hotel about 36 h late, due to flight delays. We called the hotel and told them that we would be late. At check in we are welcomed and we was given our room and found that the "do not disturb sign" was hanging on the door. We get a bit confused but open the door with... More

We stayed here for one night before heading to Chichen Itza. Was clean, fair sized room with a/c and small balcony. This hotel is located in ´downtown´Cancun away from the beaches as Zona Hoteleria. More

I stayed at Ramada for six nights early in June. It is well located in the center and easy to take a bus to the hotel zone as well. The service and food was excellent, and my friend and I were really surprised when we realized the hotel was only three stars. The food is good, the pool is nice... More

We decided on staying in Cancun city instead of the hotel zone. This hotel was in a very nice area of town, with great lots of really nice restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms were nice and very modern, staff friendly and serviceminded. The restaurant was also a great choice for breakfast and lunch...Staying here is... More
