The hotel is run down, stinks of rotted wood; the pool is green, there is only one bar and restaurant, the staff is rude. Basically, save your money and don't bother staying here- for the ten bucks you'd "save" spend a little more and go to a decent hotel- save yourself the headache. More

The room was never serviced (we were there 3nights), no refreshments of towels, soaps or toilet paper. The buffet food was poor and not refilled enough. The pool and the bar was good. But the internet was soley in the lobby which was frustrating. More

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We checked in and we put in a ground floor room where the sliding door didn't lock and smelled like mold. We complained and they put us in a decent room but beware they do not supply bottled water; face cloths or the usual lotions etc. We had no phone. One day coming back... More

Michelle is the ultimate host. She greeted us with a smile and personally took us to our room/condo. She showed us around and even had a map showing us where main places are located in Cancun. She had prepared a printout of which buses to take and where the ferry was located. She took the time to see that I... More

As the manager for this particular suite we were of course very happy to have YOU so happy. One thing worth mentioning...we are so nicely located in Cancun that we sold our car when we moved to this beach front neighborhood and enjoy the freedom of taking buses and taxis. The resort properties are so enormous in this long line... More

Cheap rooms, dinner packages, drink packages, and tourist packages. Nice pool bar and awesome sand bar. They make you anything you want! Great place to party! The staff is ok here, not the best. But you don't visit Cancun for that : ) Overall a very cool experience. Make sure to check out the Coco Bongo, The G Spot, and... More

We travel quite a bit and have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years. This one rates #2 for the worst ever! I always check reviews before booking vacations, however, our friends had already booked here so we had no choice. I am extremely easy going and can pretty much let most things slide but this was too much... More

Room smelled like mold, the a/c was working somewhat (loud and leaking water on bathroom floor all the time even when off. Tv broken, bed hard as a rock, fridge loud and not keeping stuff cold at...
